Meet our two miniature mares, Trinket and Bella—a pocket-sized mother/daughter duo who may be too small to ride, but are unmistakably all horse. At Blue Creek Equestrian, we believe great horsemanship begins on the ground, and these two are perfect partners for learning the essentials of handling, communication, and connection. Because they’re smaller (roughly 230–360 pounds), Trinket and Bella offer a welcoming, lower-intimidation way for young children through adults new to horses to build confidence, practice safe skills, and learn to “speak horse” before ever sitting in the saddle.
